Cancellation and Returns Policy

1. Overview

ShotCamps LLC (dba EduretiX) provides online test-prep tutoring services and sells downloadable e-books for SAT, ACT, AP Physics, and AP Calculus and other standardised tests. Because our materials are delivered electronically, we do not offer “returns” in the traditional sense. This policy explains the limited circumstances under which we will issue a refund or replacement.

2. Digital Products (E-Books)

  1. No Refunds Upon Download

    • All e-books purchased through EduretiX are delivered via immediate download. Once the purchase is complete and the download link has been accessed, the transaction is final and non-refundable.

  2. Defective or Unreadable Files

    • If your e-book file is corrupted, unreadable, or fails to download, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase at admin@eduretix.com.

    • We will promptly replace or repair the file so that you receive a fully functional copy.

  3. Wrong Product Purchased

    • If you accidentally purchase the wrong title, you may request an exchange to another EduretiX e-book of equal or lesser value within 7 days of purchase.

    • Send your request (including order number and desired title) to admin@eduretix.com. We will email you a new download link and, if the replacement book is of lesser value, credit the difference to your EduretiX account or refund it to your original payment method.

3. Tutoring Services

  1. Session Cancellations & Rescheduling

    • You may cancel or reschedule any 1-on-1 or group tutoring session up to 24 hours before its start time at no charge.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours but more than 12 hours in advance will incur a 50 percent session fee.

    • Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance will incur a 100 percent session fee.

    • “No-show” appointments (no cancellation notice) are non-refundable and the full session fee applies.

  2. Package Programs

    • For multi-session packages, unused sessions may be rescheduled in accordance with the foregoing cancellation policy.

    • Unused sessions may not be refunded; they remain usable for the corresponding validity period depending on the package you purchase.

4. How to Request Support

  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM ET

  • Response Time: We strive to reply to all inquiries within 1–2 business days.

5. Exceptions & Dispute Resolution

  • In extraordinary circumstances (payment processing errors, duplicate charges, medical emergencies, etc.), ShotCamps LLC may, at its sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund even if it falls outside the above guidelines.

  • If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us immediately.

  • All disputes arising under this policy will be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflicts-of-laws principles.
